By registering for Benefit Sentinel, you agree to the following terms, which include the 60-day free trial, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By checking the box during registration, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your use of Benefit Sentinel.

2. 60-Day Free Trial

The Free Trial Program provides 60 days of access to test Benefit Sentinel’s features, including use of functions and features offered by the Standard and Premium Subscription.

The Standard Subscription includes: beneficiary vetting against SSA's Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF); Pull and Push Agents; and teams of Managers and Case Workers.

The Premium Subscription includes all functions/features of the Standard Subscription, plus: Outlier Cases (beneficiary too old, too young, not a citizen or has duplicate benefits); Correspondence (including AI and 3rd party Mail Servicers); and teams of Correspondence, Appeal and Due Process.

At any time during the trial period you may unsubscribe from the trial.

At the end of the trial you will confirm your subscription in terms of its type (Standard or Premium) and duration (monthly, annual, 3 year or 5 year). You will also finalize your method of payment (credit card or ACH). Subscription pricing will be based on your number of benefits being monitored.

At the end of the trial, if you do not unsubscribe and do not make a determination on your type and duration of subscription, you will be automatically enrolled in the monthly, Standard Subscription plan.
