Benefit Sentinel comprises four main components: CBM (Customer-Based Matching), InfoPump, InfoNexus, and DecedentSync. These components work together to extract, match, and update beneficiary data efficiently. Our Plug-n-Play technology ensures seamless integration with minimal setup.

Our pricing is based on the number of queries and the type of matching service required. We offer several tiers including:
  • By Name and DOB
  • By Name and DOB + Push
  • By SSN
  • By SSN + Push
Each tier has different pricing based on query limits and additional features.

Yes, we offer substantial discounts for multi-year subscriptions. The more extended your subscription, the greater the savings. Please refer to our pricing page for detailed information on discounts.

You can place your order directly through us or via the GSA Schedule contract number: 47QTCA20D007F. For direct orders, we accept ACH payments and credit cards (note that a 3% processing fee applies for credit card transactions).

Benefit Sentinel is designed for quick and easy setup. With our Plug-n-Play technology, you can typically be up and running within a few hours of receiving your setup instructions. We provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth integration process.

Yes, we offer ongoing technical support to all our customers. Our support team is available to assist with any questions or issues you may encounter. You can reach us via email or phone for prompt assistance.

When a match is found, the following data is returned:
  • SSN
  • Date of Birth
  • Date of Death
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Suffix
  • Method Used to Confirm Death (e.g., death certificate, family member, representative, or Unknown)
  • A unique id, assigned by your benefit application, to link the match record back to the beneficiary source record.
As available, this data may be supplemented with one or more of the following:
  • Up to 5 zip codes last associated with the decedent
  • Funeral Home
  • Type of Burial
  • Interment Date
  • Cemetery
  • Plot
  • Obituary
  • Birth Location (City, State, Country)
  • Death Location (City, State, Country)
  • Last Residence (Street, City, County, State, Country)
  • Name of Spouse
