Customers use this annual subscription service when they:

• Conduct vetting of beneficiaries on an on-going basis.
• Want to conduct an unlimited number of queries for a fixed price.
• Have a team of one or more individuals (Named Users) conducting the queries.
• Want to keep track of query activity by Named User.

The Manual service provides individual, on-line, real-time queries that are made via an internet browser. Results are returned directly to the screen and may be exported to excel.

This service is sold based on the number of Concurrent Named Users you expect to have on your vetting team.  You can define an unlimited number of Named Users, but users will not be able to login if the number of active concurrent users has been reached.

Each Named User can make an unlimited number of queries during the subscription period.

Queries may be made by:

• Social Security Number 
• Last Name, First Name and Date of Birth (year, month and day)
• Last Name, First Name, and Year of Birth
• Last Name, First Name and Year of Death

Period Reports

An Order Activity Report is generated and emailed every 30 days during the subscription period. It lists the Status (Active/Inactive) of each Named User and their query activity for the past 30 days and the total for the subscription period.
